Mandaue Barangay Hall

Another project yet to be finished, our deadline for this is on January 11, 2013.  To be honest i still dont have the idea how to start things out. I do not have the mechanics for this project like how big is the area, who are the people that would occupy this building, is the area accessible to everyone, and why should this building be built even if there is already an existing structure that has done more than what this building will accommodate.
